Instead of having two teaspoons of sugar have only one, for instance. And if you want to avoid cranky mornings, make sure you get enough sleep.

If you have been feeling down in the dumps lately, you need to be pro-active in finding a better and happier mindset. Sitting back and waiting for happiness to come your way won’t happen. You need to find ways to make yourself feel good. You can make a positive change if you are actively involved in changing your mindset.
