Lenny Kravitz and Jason Momoa’s Special Relationship
Lenny Kravitz revealed that he treats GOT superstar Jason Momoa as his brother. Momoa is currently married to Lenny’s ex-wife, Lisa Bonet. Although you would expect this connection to be a tense one, these guys share a cordial relationship.
Speaking of Momoa, Kravitz said that he loves Lisa’s husband and that he is like a brother to him. In fact, the singer has been a close friend of the 39-year-old actor for a long time. Lenny and Jason are very public about their friendship and leave no occasion to share an admiration for one another. In the interview, Lenny revealed that his divorce with Bonet in 1993 was a difficult phase in his life. However, they both put their efforts and time to become best friends again. The 55-year singer opened about his journey through the divorce and how difficult it was for both parties.
Lisa and Lenny met in the year 1985, two years before getting married. They were married for eight years and got divorced in 1993. Twelve years later, in 2005, Lisa met Jason Momoa, and they officially tied the knot in the year 2016. They each had two children at the time.
Lisa and Lenny’s daughter, Zoe, got married this summer at her dad’s home n Paris. It was only natural that Jason was there to celebrate with the family.
Last December, the Aquaman star actor shared with his fans that he and Lenny even have matching rings.
On his Instagram post, Jason shared a picture of him and his buddy adorning matching bone skull ring. The rings were hand-carved by Leroys Wooden Tattoos especially, as a gift from Momoa to Kravitz. Lenny continued to share details about their inspiring relationship, saying that they are now like a big family. Well, the Instagram pictures both the gentlemen post are enough to validate the meaningful bond they have. Hope these two will continue to be a role model for good friendship and family values.
